Thoughts are racing through your mind, what colour scheme will you go for, what venue, what dress and then it dawns on you… The type of dress you want to sashay down the aisle in, will require you to kick of a fitness regimen!

You may have started your workout routine but are finding that the demands of planning a wedding are increasing day by day and your desire to invest time and energy into yourself to achieve your goal of fitting into that dress are falling by the wayside? Tip 1 of 10 – Create a workout plan

You will need to invest some time into producing a written plan for your fitness programme. A plan written by yourself and in accordance with your lifestyle will be more achievable as only you know what you can commit to; furthermore the fact that you have produced it will make you more accountable.

You will need to be very specific; when are you going to workout? How long for? What activity will you do? Be very clear what your intentions are and don’t leave anything to chance.

You need to be determined, strategic & disciplined in how you go about this – Keep a picture of a wedding dress next to your plan for added motivation.
